Both MiG-35 and F-16 Block-60 incorporate advanced technologies and outperform fourth generation fighter jets. Both the platforms are fitted with electronically scanned array radars.
But the difference is that F-16 Block-60 carries AN/APG-80 AESA radar and MiG-35 carries Zhuk-ME PESA radar.
Both aircraft feature advanced avionics, counter measures, electronic warfare equipments, Infrared search and track (IRST) systems and helmet mounted cueing systems (HMCS).
However, MiG-35 was intended to serve as an advanced variant of MiG-29 Fulcrum-F in the Russian Aerospace Forces and to be exported to allied nations. The F-16E/F Block-60 was specifically designed as an advanced F-16 variant for United Arab Emirates Air Force (UAEAF).
